The Central Ohio Diversity Consortium is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2006 to expand opportunities to leverage the power of diversity and inclusion. Comprised of diversity practitioners from corporations and organizations throughout Central Ohio, the intent of the Consortium is to heighten diversity and inclusion awareness, focus resolve on addressing issues, and provide opportunities to share and learn. Diversity and inclusion are at the core of the health and growth of every corporation, organization, and community.
Today, involvement with the Central Ohio Diversity Consortium offers exclusive access to forums, trends, best practices, and a broad array of resources pertaining to diversity and inclusion programs and activities. The Consortium provides a proven network of experienced and practicing diversity and inclusion professionals from leading employers across Central Ohio.
